WAHT AL-ANDULUS Co. for Engineering and Contracting ( WAEC) Was established in 1990 to contribute actively in rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraqi electrical power system . Our program consists of supplying ,execution of any demanded new projects. Reconstructing  , rehabilitation and upgrading Iraqi power system. This  also includes the execution of civil and erection work of any new or old projects that related to generation ,transmission and distribution . The recruited teams are consisted of experienced groups who had participated in previous projects .They have either a university engineering degree or an experienced technicians who are able to undertake a wide rang of technical and spare parts supplying responsibilities. 

MAIN ACTIVITIES; Include supplying and execution of any technical activities that related to the generation, transmission and distribution projects, Our services could be as a main contractor, JV operators or subcontractor to another service company

(WAEC) provides all materials that would be needed for rebuilding  , maintenance and operation to fulfill the  exact requirements of commercial ,industrial and institutional customers our in-house capabilities in engineering, finance, project development and facility operation and maintenance unable us  to the efficient delivery

HISTORY

WAEC is, one of the Iraqi companies, specialized in the fields of engineering works and general contracting which is found by the consulting engineer Mazin Mohammad Jawad with the contribution of a staff of engineers specialized the in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering, constructions and water purification stations.

WAEC was established in 1990 as specialized private activity and engineering contracting bureau, then it developed to participating company for engineering and general contracting. During the past (15) years it has gained good reputation in supplying and executing projects.

Then we were classified as third class in the Iraqi contractors’ association and Baghdad chamber of commerce.

WAEC has been able to acquire along list of reference on the local, our client were fully satisfied by the quality of the work performed and the respect schedules despite strongly adverse condition.

 Replying  highly professional efficient and homogenous team, made up of more than one hundred engineers and technicians.
